Can’t get it apart to empty. Vacuums fine. Like idea the item was returned and another black and decker was received

The suction on this vacuum is weak, being especially ineffective on carpet, as in a car. Additionally, this thing is NOISY.

It works well, battery is OK, I use it to clean around cat box, car, closets, etc.

Somewhat disappointed. Low suction power...

Good little vacuum for cleaning smaller cars and spaces. I dont recommend it for using it on the carpets as the filter will get clogged with dust really easy. Not for large space/heavy duty cleaning. The only thing I dont like about it is that I have a hard time sourcing the filter. Its not readily available on Amazon or your local stores. Just in case you need to find it: Part # N900287

My wife loves this thing and I have several Black & Decker products that use the same battery

It is handy and its battery can be switched with other B&D tools, which is nice. However, relative to the other tools I have, its battery drains pretty fast and that is getting worse after each charging/discharging cycle. I also wish it has an extension tube to be good for floor cleaning too.

I use a walking & needed a vacuum that I could use with my walker & it is also a Black & Decker ( great brand ) I got it delivered today & went to go use it & it didn’t have a battery & so I looked on the box & it shows that it has a battery but in the tiniest print ever it says battery bought separately. What a scam they played just you can spend twice as much to buy the dumb battery. Very disappointed with this product.
