I personally use them for Pedialyte or Water. Used to be really into shakes, am not anymore. BUT I love love love love these bottles and would buy them again any day. I like these over the cups with straws, I feel like those stay dirty while these are actually easily cleaned. If you are looking for a water bottle, one for pre-workout, one for a shake, one for powdered drinks you have to mix... THESE are for YOU.

The shaker is great, it mixes well, cleans easy, and doesnt leak. However it does retain the smell of the pre-workout I use even after washing throughly. This is expected with some plastics and at this price I certainly cant complain, but it is something to note if potent pre-workout smell messes with you.

Ive started making protein shakes and cant invest in a blender. I had read about these shakers and its a good alternative if youre not trying to macerate fruit or anything else chunky. I just use almond milk and protein mix, close it up tight (seriously, close it tight) and shake shake shake. Good results, no lumps. Easy to clean. Add a drop of dish soap and hot water, close it and shake it and rinse it. Pretty simple. Good product for the price point.
