BlenderBottle Classic Shaker Bottle Perfect for Protein Shakes and Pre Workout, 28-Ounce, Navy

Due to my Crohns Disease, I sometimes dont have an appetite, so I rely heavily on protein shakes. However mixing protein powder with a spoon is a total pain and using a blender is just too much clean up. Enter the Blender Bottle. Ive been eyeballing this product for a while, but I couldnt bring myself to buy it because it just seemed like some gimmicky bottle. One day I finally decided What the heck? and bought it; and Im glad I did! I now cant imagine life without this bottle! A little dramatic yes, but this bottle is a serious game changer. It mixes powder to perfection! The consistency becomes akin to those ready to drink type protein shakes, without a single lump or clump. I like it because it feels like Im not wasting a single speck of protein powder, because lets face it, those powders aint cheap! Clean up is a breeze too!

Nice, big shaker. Plenty of room for shaking when I use 12 oz liquid + 3 scoops of protein powder + 2 tbsp peanut butter powder. No leaks and Ive been using it daily for weeks. I just wish the measurements on the side were easier to read. I have to hold the cup up to the light when pouring in my liquid, otherwise I cant see the markings at all.

I love these Blender Bottles and always try to pick up a few when the price drops to $5 or so. This one is no different. Since my last purchase, they seem to have added a loop to the top which is nice for throwing a carabiner onto. Maybe my old ones just broke off a long time ago and I forgot, though. The whisk ball is good for mixing up protein powder and cleans easily. The lid snaps securely. I can throw this in my bag and not worry about it, though I rarely am so careless. These do tend to get a funk after awhile if you just rinse them out, so make sure to use soap and water regularly! Hey, Im a dude and sometimes those things dont occur to us ;) I wish they came without the graphic on the side, but for how cheap they are, I dont mind that much.

Using the BlenderBottle as an effective means to stir up your essential powdered supplements, one would notice that with its metal ball, the liquid swigs up neatly and leaves little-to-no residue at the bottom of the container. An important thing to note is that the lid itself also fits tight and will most likely not leak if secured properly. ~This had occurred with other types of shaker bottles that I had tried myself, so it delighted me that BlenderBottle is still as great as when I first saw its advertisement a decade or so ago. The plastic is medium thickness but feels wonderful to hold and to use. Because of all things mentioned above, I sense that BlenderBottles grip on the industry will most likely not fade because of its price-point, its comfort, and its ease of use. I just ordered 2 more of these after trying out my first one for a few weeks! I never thought Id be this pleased with something so simple as a smoothie bottle! For YEARS Ive been buying my smoothie bottles from Body Factory, and while their smoothie mix is absolutely incredible, their bottles are cheap, easy to break, and... well, that was my biggest problem. I needed something new. I got my blender bottle in the mail and was immediately struck by how much thicker the bottle was. I loved the carrying loop (and indeed, its been very convenient), and I didnt even know the blender ball was included, but its PERFECT for making the Soylent Ive been trying out (I make my Body Factory smoothies in the blender, so no ball required). I was a little concerned that there wasnt an air hole, and that the round shape of the mouth hole would be weird, but I dot used to both right away. The top screws on air tight, and with the mouth hole snapped shut, I can re-shake the contents and it is completely secure. And yes, Ive already dropped my Blender Bottle a few times, and though its a little scratched up, it hasnt broken. I couldnt be happier!

Just what I needed. Works as intended and also a good size. I honestly thought that I was getting a smaller bottle, but I guess I just didnt know what a 28 oz. bottle looked like. The bottle is plastic but does not feel too cheap, it is thick and does not feel like it going to break from using it the way it is intended. I have used this bottle for a couple months now and it still works perfectly fine. I do not have any trouble with it except for the smell that might come from mixing milk with your powder. if you do not wash your bottle carefully there will be some stuck in the cap of the bottle and the smell makes me want to puke when I am drinking from the hole. When that is the case I just take off the lid and drink from the side of the bottle and thoroughly wash the lid with soap to get the nasty smell out. (I usually use really hot water from a water boiler to wash the bottle)

Just buy this bottle. I researched for awhile on good shaker bottles and I knew about this one just off the hype alone, was hesitant at first but then all the reviews were stellar. This is another stellar review. The bottle cap is incredibly sturdy and tight, you can shake as hard as you want and it wont pop open on you, the lid itself is also airtight which is great. The ball whisk makes my mass gainer shakes smooth and creamy every time. In terms of price I got this for around $10 and its worth every penny.

I am new to the world of shaker bottles. I didnt know what on earth I was looking for when it came to one. What makes one better or more useful than another? Is it because this one is clear and another one is eye-seering fuchsia. Is it because the ball inside this shaker is bigger than another? What are the answers to life? The answer is who the heck knows. I picked this one because it was cheap and looked good from the picture. And you know what? I picked correct. This is a great bottle for anyone. The little mesh ball is used to stir up protein powder. Protein powder clumps like you wouldnt believe and using just a spoon to stir it up just doesnt cut it. Get it? A spoon cutting it? Ill see myself out after I post this review. One invaluable lesson if I could leave one with you fellow novice is make sure the cap is sealed. Shaking the cup without the cap sealed will spray protein flavored water all over you, the kitchen, the lights, the cat, the computer, everywhere. Dont believe me? I present Exhibit A: my vanilla scented apartment from me not sealing the stupid cap. My cat still wont talk to me and its been months.

This is one of those products that you think you dont really need. It seems like a silly gadget to have cluttering up the kitchen when there are other things you already own that could just as easily do the same job. You think that until you get one. And then you wonder what on earth was wrong with you that you waited so long when such a great tool could have been yours for a measly eight bucks. Im going to be completely honest with you. I do fancy myself an amateur chef, and I do make the occasional salad dressing, marinade, dipping sauce, what have you from scratch. And this is a fantastic tool for that. But the real reason I bought this bottle is because I really love chocolate milk, and the stuff that comes pre-made in a carton from the grocery store just doesnt hold a candle to the Nestle Quik I loved as a kid. But as we all know, making Nestle Quik with a glass and a spoon just never turns out the way you want it to. Either you spend 15 minutes mixing it up until your fingers cramp, or you just get it mixed completely and then have to drink it really fast before the unmixed mix starts to sink to the bottom. Not so with this little baby. Throw the Quik and milk in the bottle with the whisk ball, close and shake for 30 seconds or so, and you have cold, delicious Quik that stays mixed (not that I dont drink it really fast anyway). Then you just shake a bit of dish soap and hot water around in it, and its easily cleaned and ready for your next chocolate craving. Sure, sure. You could make your gourmet sauces or whatever with it. But we all know what youre really going to use it for. And its fantastic for that.
