I had my doubts, BUT, this little keychain is louder then originally thought. I pushed button three times. For about 20-30 seconds…it is loud enough to have given me a headache. I left it on, walked outside and can hear the siren at the street! The BIG button on the keychain is NOT the button that makes the sound. It is a smaller button on the side. Good or bad? I don’t know. I guess it’s a matter of opinion. It didn’t matter to me. It just guarantees I wouldn’t accidentally lean something on the keychain and sound the alarm!

This alarm is small enough to hide in my hand, but super easy to use/push and loud when I need it.

Ordered this to attach to my dog walking bag. Plan to use when off leash dogs approach us, or as a general personal alarm when out walking. It’s a great little size that attaches like a keychain and it’s LOUD! The unit in itself is the perfect size to hold in your hand (1.8”x 1.3”) and has a tiny push button light as well. If there’s anyone or anything around when you hit the panic button, it’s going to turn their heads. I think this is a great product to have if you’re concerned about your safety somewhere. I hope I don’t have to use it but definitely makes me feel more secure carrying it, whether to ward off dogs or people. Would be good for a teenage girl to carry as well on a key ring. The pink color is easy to locate visually as well.

Honestly, I like the fact that it’s so discreet and very very loud. I often travel alone and this alarm adds that extra touch of security

I loved this at first since it definitely would scare an intruder away. But when I went to show someone it didnt work out of nowhere. The button looks like it may be broken or hopefully its the weird battery that it came with. Good concept. Just hope its only the battery

Great thing to have on hand for protection, it is very loud and easy to use.

This little key chain personal safety alarm is very very loud. I mean loud. As such, it is perfect if you feeling a little nervous when you are out. It will definitely get peoples attention and hopefully help in an emergency - health emergency? safety emergency? This should do the trick, plus it is so small that it does not really add extra bulk to your purse or pocket. I got this for my daughter who is a student. She has class late at night and walks to her car (not my favorite thing as a parent) but hopefully this will get her help if she needs it.

4 stars due to one out of 3 malfunctioned. It was loud but not as loud as the other 2. If I squeezed the body when pressing the alert button it became louder so obviously it was not working right. The other 2 worked as advertised.

I got this Mini Personal Safety Alarm for my granddaughter. Shes of driving age now and, well, young women arent exactly completely safe in Central FL or anywhere else for that matter. A 125 decibel siren wont do much but it will attract attention. Along with the panic button, it has a small LED light which can be useful. It clips easily and it is TSA approved for travelers. I like this type of device for adding just a small layer of self-defense or preparedness in case of an emergency. This one is effective and has a replaceable battery.

Having this Blingsting Mini Personal Safety Alarm on my keychain makes me feel more confident when traveling and walking around in crowds. It is comforting to know that if I ever feel unsafe or threatened that I can easily activate it to hopefully frighten off any attacker and call attention to my situation. Its one of those things you hope you never have to use but are appreciative of its value just knowing it is there.
