BMW 82110040533 Windshield UV Sunshade for F30/F31/F80 3 Series/M3

Fits my 2013 BMW F30 335i perfectly! I say perfectly because it does not obstruct anything and is held perfectly up by the two sun visors. The sun shade comes with its own case but the case is not labeled with BMW or anything like I have seen some of the ones from BMW are. The sunshade obviously does not fit 100% perfectly because it is a thicker material and I dont think it would fit anyways if you give it no room to take it off/put it back on. Other than that, it covers the entire windshield and I do not have any complaints. The sunshade company is the same company that produces these sunshades for BMW too I believe. I have a friend who bought from BMW and I compared the two and they are identical.

Fits the width of the windshield, but is too short to stay in place. The Z3 roadster is a small vehicle, but I think the BMW product is for a smaller car. Dont know how there could be a smaller car than this one.

So, I finally used it for the first time yesterday. 5-stars for packaging and product presentation and execution. I was nervous about this because a lot of people told me getting a cheap shade visor for my car would work, so spending $50 when there are others for $5-10 made me nervous. However, you spent all that money on your BMW, you want to protect your investment. I was very surprised and needless to say impressed from the time I opened the package to getting back into my car after a few hours during the mid-day afternoon. The shade fit my 2015 328 BMW perfectly. People who complain about it not covering all the way up to the rear-view mirror really dont understand the mechanics of how it would work if it did. Yes there is a gap as you can see in the products pictures, but it helped me to put it up in my car. The product presentation came in a gray, non-descript bag with a velcro seal. This is very BMW. Clean looking, modern looking. Its a heavy duty vinyl bag. Inside, the shade is heavy duty. Not cheap plastic or material or anything bendy. This shade folds perfectly so you cant get it wrong. When I got back to my car after putting up the shade in the hot mid-west sun, it was actually bearable in my car. The leather seats werent scalding hot. The steering wheel was warm to the touch but to be expected on a warm summer day. Overall, I want to say that it was a very noticeable difference having the shade up versus not having the shade up. I love the BMW writing on the front, but like other reviewers stated, I would have rather had the iconic blue and white symbol on it as well. Having a BMW shade in a BMW maybe overkill.... but for $50 I would want people to know that shade is BMW and not some $5 cheap wire-hanger looking thing from a department store. I love this thing and I cant wait to find more opportunities to use it.

The BMW monogrammed sunshade is excellent for all the purposes its intended for - namely to keep the sun out and reduce heat buildup in the car. Its rigidity may make it a little cumbersome for some but it keeps it from bending or flopping as some of the more flexible styles do. Once the visors are lowered they keep it in place. I like the cover it comes with because my German shedder rides in the back and dog hairs abound between vacuumings . They were always clinging to the old screen in my last car and would leave a deposit of dog hair all over the dash. The nicely tailored cover for the BMW sunshade keeps it clean and dust free and ready for installation.

Perfect fit on my F31. Typical great build quality and does exactly what it should.

This is good quality, only had it for a month but appears to be able to hold up well to UV. The screen is not very flexible, made out of a firm material. This makes putting it in the window and taking down a little more difficult because it wont bend. But because it is firm it stands up well in the window so you take the good with the bad. The storage bag that came with mine is not very user friendly and I dont use it. I use mine every day so taking it in and out of the bag is a pain, I use a velcro strip to keep it closed.

This product fit perfectly in my car and is very easy to insert and remove.

I buy one of these for all of my BMWs. Its a good way to protect your interior from harmful UVs, and keep the car cool. Covercraft makes the best shades in the industry, and the BMW logo is just icing on the cake.

I love this visor, it is very thick and study. It really keeps the heat off my dashboard and I love the case that is comes with to store it. My other visor which was similar but was not from BMW started to shred over time and made a mess of my car. I hope this one does not do the same thing over time.
