BMW Black Stainless Steel License Frame with M Logo

The frame is fine. My car had a black plate bracket installed on the back trunk of my i4. I removed the dealer plate frame and temp tag and tried to install this one with the state issued metal plate. First, it comes with foam spacers to attach to the metal license plates - it made the spacing too thick for the tiny 8mm screws that held my temp tag onto the black plate bracket. Tried it without the spacers, still too thick for the 8mm screws. Would have been nice for them to provide screws that are the appropriate length to install your plate to the car (maybe 12mm?). I found some longer (16mm?) screws in a baggie in the trunk, used those, and I think those may have been too long and poked out the back of the bracket and are resting on/in my paint job on the trunk. I cant tell for sure but just feeling around back there that is my worry. Just frustrating to spend so much on a car, and again on a plate frame, and Im losing my mind over the length of screws that BMW should have just included for like 10c more.

Nice frame for my car I love it, the only complain so far its the screw caps are plastic and therefore easy to break although mine are still in place and it dont came with screws at all, my previous plate has only 2 but for a better look you will need 4 screws in this one.

The license plate frame has the look of the much more expensive carbon fiber frame at a fraction of the cost. I have had the frame for about a year now and it still looks great.

Item is cheap, the screw caps dont stay on and are plastic (see everyone elses negative feedback) and the screw holes are cheap plastic and easily strip so youre plate no longer stays secure. It happened right after the allowed return window for me (how convenient).

I have an M Sport and wanted a frame that fit the car and looked sharp too. This is the best looking frame Ive ever purchased for any car. Original OEM frame in original packaging. The screw covers are the perfect touch for a super clean look. Well worth it
