Just watched and I loved it! Awesome that it was released on video and theatres at the same time, so I can watch it after our kids go to bed!!

Omg slow 2 hours of my life Ill never get back what a waste of 6 bucks. Slow not true horror. Weird in spots with a twist in the end wait until you can see if free on Amazon prime in a month or 2, if you are bored and there is nothing else to watch.

Solid storytelling, acting, setting, and sense of place.

There have been many negative reviews by people who didnt watch the whole movie. I recommend giving it a chance because you dont really know the whole story until you watch the whole movie. The ending made the film worthwhile to me.

I see a lot of reviews calling this movie boring, I watched it on another streaming device. It’s not boring, but it will be if you go in expecting some action movie. This movie is well filmed, and thankfully while dopey and unaware of her job the lead may be, her actress is anything but. Truly. The reason I’m writing this review is because she carried this movie so well, even the bits that were totally outlandish, but that gets cleared up later. I watched this movie via Hulu. Had I bought it I would have been let down, however, now that I watched it I’m kinda wanting to add it to my collection. It’s not my usual film, it was in the horror/ thriller section, I expected more horror. However, once I got into the movie I was just sitting there for the suspense. There are a few downfalls, but again it’s an indie movie and sometimes Dialing down your ideas is hard. A few more edits and this would have been a completely solid film. I think this movie is rental worthy if you are looking for a good film to creep you out before a hike.

This is one of the silliest and worst movies I have ever suffered through.

I did not finish watching this movie. The way the chain of events unfold to explain how a DNR worker gets lost in the woods while stapling flyers to trees is arguably close to someone getting hired to work in a shopping mall and ending up lost in the city. Itd be funny but for the lack of respect it has for its own premise.

Thankfully, I did not spend my money on this terrible TERRIBLE movie. I did not order this from Amazon, but Ive seen it, unfortunately. It should have negative stars, zero is too high. I am a certified scaredy cat and usually will have to cover my eyes and ears during scary movies. The only reason I wanted to close my eyes during this movie is because it was so boring. Painfully. BORING. The most interesting part of the movie and only real violence lasts for about 5 minutes at the very end. The big twist didnt even make sense--it seemed like the creative vision was really unsure of which direction to take this story, so they just put a little of everything (yet also nothing at all)... She spends 90% of the movie just sitting down or pacing around the same spot in the woods, not interacting with anyone or anything. They are seemingly doing some heavy-handed foreshadowing at the VERY beginning, which made it seem like wayyyy more (or, ya know, anything at all) was going to happen, but it doesnt. I wanna say this movie was so bad that its ridiculous, but even ridiculous things can be entertaining. I dont usually write reviews, especially go out of my way to do so, but this movie is just such a waste of time and fills me with an annoyance I cant quite describe. Save yourselves
