I had a problem reinstalling OS X El Capitan, and bootus came to my rescue. I’m so glad I found them, and their customer service is superb. When the first usb that was sent to me didn’t help my computer, another was sent out the same day, for free and, they were there to walk me through everything. I was Bringing my old Mac mini ( late 2009 ) back to life and couldnt get beyond OX snow leopard, I Couldnt download it from Apple, or anywhere else, and OX snow leopard kept blocking all attempts to upgrade to El Capitan. El Capitan has a well-documented issue with not reinstalling. Called a local Mac repair shop for help and they were clueless. Called Apple and they were clueless too. Almost threw away a perfectly fine older 27 iMac thinking the situation was hopeless. But thought hey, let me try going down this path. Voila! Problem solved! This bootable installer of El Capitan enabled me to do a fresh install without incident.
