I have a large laptop backpack, but was looking for a small, thin backpack. Most of the time when I travel for work, I really dont need a large laptop bag that takes up a lot of space under the plane seat in front of me. This backpack fit my laptop, iPad, and my cords easily. The think backpack made a huge difference on my feet space on planes. Definitely will be using this backpack for my shorter trips from now on.

This is truly lightweight and slim for the liking. It definitely will hold quite a bit in the backpack.

I replaced my much larger backpack with this slimmed down version and couldn’t be happier. I’m trying to not collect so much stuff and find that this backpack makes me consider if I need 5 pens or can I get by with 2 that fit nicely into the slots provided. It has just the right amount of pockets and zippers, and I really love the flannel-lined pocket with elastic bands to hold my laptop securely. Finally, I considered the black version, but am glad I opted for this more feminine color.

Update After 1.5Years : I stand behind my original review of this. Still use this regularly, 5 days a week. Its held up and it still looks nice and new. I have the original version without the USB charger port thing built in, but I have no need for that feature anyway. Original Review : I bought a few other similarly-sized backpacks from Amazon here thinking I could get something similar for a lower price. Dumb. With this, I can fit one Surface Pro, one 15 laptop, chargers for both devices, two medium-sized texts or one full-sized college textbook + notebook, headphones, and my battery backup charger, all without straining anything. Confidence-inspiring for protecting the laptop and Surface Pro inside, nicely padded enough. The straps clasp shut nicely. My only complaint? Now I have other extra backpacks (and one useless sling bag) that Ill never use, because this one is everything I wanted. I shouldve saved the money on the other cheaper bags and just bought this one to start.

I commute into DC daily and this bag has been great with its slim profile and sturdy construction. I always have my laptop and notebook with me and this bag was the perfect fit. Whether I am on the metro or cycling into work, the bag has held up for the past year in rain and snow.

Having a bulky backpack in a crowd or museum is a pain. You turn around, the backpack hits something behind you. Nothing good comes from that. And being on your back, you cant watch for pickpockets. This backpack is slim, secure, and spacious enough for a work day. Its large enough to handle a 15-in laptop, the roost stand, the freestyle 2 split key keyboard, A full size Logitech mouse, Bose headphones, and cabling. Theres even enough room for a couple of small books, and full-sized phones. It looks good. The quality of the build is excellent. Everything is padded and protected. And it has a place for secure documents that is protected from thieves. I cant recommend this enough.

I like how slim this is, and it fits my laptop great in the soft pouch. I wish there was just a bit more room inside, but thats the tradeoff for being so slim. This is my current laptop pack if Im not flying and only need minimal gear. No place for a water bottle (maybe a 16.9oz would fit inside).

This backpack is very good looking with an excellent build quality -especially for the great price point. It delivers on being super slim, fits and looks wonderful which is its greatest feature. What was less than perfect were the pockets, specifically the access size at the zippers and any sort of organizational aides within the pockets. There are basically four pockets. 1)Starting from the back, the touted secure anit-theft pocket is a great idea but hiding the zipper under the strap for hanging over a rollaboard handle just made it very hard to get access to it. You would keep your valuables there but not if you want easy access to it. 2)The main and biggest pocket is great... nice padded-lined sleeve for up to a 15 laptop; my 2021 14 MacBook Pro was swimming in there. Outside the sleeve, but still in the main pocket, interior pockets and pen holders were perfect, keeping all the miscellaneous items from piling up in a big bundle at the bottom -which is the biggest capacity/thickest part of this slim package. 3)The mid-body pocket has nothing that helps organize anything you put in it so everything piles up at the bottom which is hard to access because there is only a top zipper (unlike the main compartment which has a nice wide zipper that lets you see into it.) so finding and getting to your stuff is poor. Which is a shame because thats where Ive had to put documents that I need quick access to (see why the front pocket doesnt work well next). 4)The very front pocket has only a discrete side zipper and is a logical place for documents that you need quick access to. Unfortunately, the shortness of the zipper and lack of width of the compartment doesnt allow for Letter-sized documents to lie flat in there. The compartment just needs a quarter inch more width and the zipper needs to open a quarter inch longer. Placement would be perfect but its not to be... I have to fold documents in half or lose them in the large compartment. mixed in with cables and sunglasses and power supplies. The final comment is that I wore it all day yesterday with my 3.5 lb laptop, with 0.5lb power supply and cables and maybe another .5lb of pens, business cards... Good news, it looked great and stayed slim, bad news, it was very cumbersome to find and get access to stuff -after a couple of hours and the rest of the day, the straps felt uncomfortable for the light weight that I was carrying. I guess its really a commuters bag and not that suitable for day trips.
