BOSCH BS5912-18M 59-1/2-Inch by 3/8-Inch by 18TPI Multi-construction Bandsaw Blade

I bought this to cut 1/8 mild steel. I got about 3 in and then it quit.

It cuts fine and works good. I use it to cut bone and fossil ivory, I havent used it to cut metal.

Excellent blade for rip cuts.

This blade did not do what I was hoping, but it seems like a nice blade irregardless. It would not cut 5/64 (~2mm) o1 tool steel prior to hardening. It made a convincing dent in it, but either it or my cheap craftsman saw wasnt up to the task. I now assume Id want something with a much lower tooth count. e: I raised from 3 to 4 stars now that Ive used this on hardwood. Its easily a blade worth the money for hardwood, but Ive since also tried it on a 3/8ths galvanized steel rod with no luck beyond denting and warming it up.

It cut straight and sharp. Started with a light tic that became louder and broke.

I had a hard time finding a blade locally was very happy Amazon had one

The blade was a perfect fit, and is 3x the blade depth dimension making much better for Straight Cuts without wondering on the material. Much Better than OEM Blades for this B&D Band Saw

My band saw is a Bosch and so I purchased this blade since its a direct replacement part, works just like the original.

Great blade at a great price.
