This bag serves as a nice carryon option, the material kept its shape and husband was able to fit several articles of clothes and shoes on the plane.

(Before today) My favorite travel bag has always been my roll-on computer/luggage tote. This LARGE, roomy, and convertible 40L travel backpack is my NEW best travel buddy. I prefer carrying a backpack and occasionally my smallest rolling hard- or soft- side luggage. When I get to the airport I mount the backpack to the rolling luggage and I’m hands-free (or at least one-hand’s free!). The problem I have sometimes is if I take an overnight bag AND a backpack it MAY not be enough or I have to pack too heavy in each bag. This 40L TSA approved bag makes up for the lack of space in a typical laptop bag and adds UTILITY in the form of one pocket that doubles for storing 2 -3 days of clothing. The bag even comes with two inner soft cases that hold other underwear, socks, and personal item accessories. A “plus” for me is the elastic luggage-handle friendly loop that provides that one-hand free benefit. Well-made with plenty of outer and inner pockets, the essential canteen/water bottle mesh pocket and ballistic-like fabric. I’m ready to BRAVE air travel once again.

We bought this backpack when we realized that we needed another carry-on for a flight. Love it! Soft on the back. Fits an incredible amount of items. Added bonus of 2 small zippered bags for small items.

I ordered this backpack for when I travel. I needed a case for my laptop but also needed a carry-on case since you can only bring on one bag on a plane these days. I found this backpack perfect for my needs. It has a well-sized padded pocket that securely holds my 17.5 laptop. The rest of the pack is well laid out with pockets and such to securely hold and organize all my needs for as many as 5 days on the road. (I am a very good packer and wear a womens size L...so if you are smaller, you might be able to do a week!) It included a couple of packing cubes to aid in the organization of my clothes when packing too. I am very pleased. It has more than one way to carry it as well. Either as a backpack or by a handle on a side. The only thing you might miss with this is that there are no wheels on this pack. I chose this one for the squarer shape since I needed space more than wheels and those wheeled ones seem to always have a more rounded top end. If rolling convenience is needed for you, look elsewhere.

Went to Europe for three weeks. No checked luggage, this backpack and messenger bag as carry-ons. Second city I was walking to hotel, zipper opened on large compartment, spilling my spare shoes and underwear onto the street. Had to safety pin the zipper pulls together on three large compartments to prevent further occurrences. 2nd week put back pack down on train station metal bench. Zipper pull caught in hole in bench and broke when I lifted it, making the zipper on that compartment unusable and thus the compartment unusable. Very disappointed.

This bag is huge. Bug enough for all of my clothes and accessories. :)

I loved this bag. It distributed the weight evenly I was worried about it being heavy going through the airport it was not a problem. I even did some shopping while out of town and packed it to the max coming back and had no problem carrying it through the airport myself. It was very convenient. Fit in the overhead bin perfectly

Until now, I always used a carry on suitcase when flying. When the overhead storage is full or cant accommodate the CO, Im forced to check it at the gate and then have to wait for the bag to be brought up when we land. The backpack got around all these issues. It stored conveniently and could fit under the seat if necessary. I stored my meds, shaving kit, laptop and a spare change of clothes as well as my passport and other items with no problem at all. I really appreciated all of the zip pockets and noted the laptop storage compartment could be secured if necessary. Going through security was a breeze as it zips in half allowing the x-ray to see everything. I bought the 40L (liter) size which was perfect and it was easy to carry. It has 2 separate handles for lifting and storing. Very good product!!!
