> 24 hourI ordered these for a second pair of MDR-7506 headphones. For the first pair I tried another, more expensive brand. Both of them fit well and feel great, although in different ways. Dont know which I prefer, but these were $6 cheaper. So, if I had a 3rd pair that needed replacing (which thankfully I dont) then I would probably go with these. I am not really a connoisseur when it comes to these types of things, but I liked the price more.

> 24 hourBought the earpads for Sony MDR-V6. My current earpads - do not remember the brand - have padded perforated leather backing, velvet surface, very thin foam inside and are larger. The Brainwavz seem so cheaply made. Dont waste your money - buy for half price somewhere else.

> 24 hourI wasn’t unhappy with these but after two years, which is maybe a little less time than the original earpads lasted, they started to fall apart. The “skin” layer of the pads started to deteriorate, leaving bits all over my desk. Two years seems like not a very long time for the wildly out-of-scale cost of ~$20 that Brainwavz charges. The right price point for these should be ~$8 or so, which is the range in which I would feel less irritated about their lack of durability. Instead of buying again, I found an alternative on eBay for about $13. Even if those only last two years as well, I’m already ahead.

> 24 hourI bought this product based on the dimensions, but when I tried to slip them on, they were too small. Based on the headphones I had, the measurements were almost an exact fit, maybe <5 mm on the width, but I was HOPING that there would be enough material that it could stretch over and be functional.

> 24 hourMy original SONY MDR-7506 headphone earpads were breaking apart. They would leave little black pieces of fake leather in my hair, on my face, and all over my workspace.

> 24 hourReally nice. A bit difficult for this old man to install but with these types of things it should be expected I think. Im always afraid Ill rip the material so Im extra careful which can make or more difficult. Now that Ive done one the next would be much easier Im sure but Im hoping Ill not be needing top replace anymore any time soon. Nice product.

> 24 hourThe original earpads that came with my Sony MDR-V6 were awful. After about 4 years of using the headphones only very rarely, I noticed that the glossy surface of the earpads was flaking off, exposing the cheap foam underneath. I assumed Id probably have to buy new headphones but I thought Id find out what it would cost to replace the pads, and Sony parts were ridiculously expensive. These Brainwavz pads looked okay and were a lot cheaper. Ive now fitted them and they are certainly well made and comfortable. I probably would have struggled to fit them if I hadnt found an online video explaining that you should turn them inside out first, then fit them, then tuck the skirt inside the recess by using a business card or credit card. Took about a minute. Im delighted that Ive saved some money and given a new lease of life to headphones that were rated very highly and are now discontinued. I assumed that the original pads were actually leather - how wrong I was. They look like leather. Many of these replacement pads look as if they are leather but they are actually fake leather and theres no harm in that (it might even be better than real leather, which would absorb moisure and stain), so long as they dont crumble away. So these arent real leather, but I like them.

> 24 hourA big improvement from the ear pads that came with the headphones. Can wear them for hours and they remain comfortable. Like the turquoise color, too.
