Terrible. Don’t waste your time.

Very convenient way to turn lights or other appliances into smart appliances with their app or with Alexa. Integrated with Alexa beautifully. I called their customer service when I installed them (my bad, not theirs) and they actually answered and fixed the issue instantly, and they have worked perfectly ever since.

Cannot connect with Alexa, worked once but then not again. Have retried in setting Dozen times. Very frustrating.

I had trouble setting up

Broke as soon as I went to unplug it. Worked for like a day lol it physically fell apart in my hand and left the metal prong in my outlet, and I’m too scared to pull it out. So I lost one of my outlets due to this thing lol

Too many steps on their app .. Had to set up a password etc. . Still did not get it to pair with my wifi & Alexa. Will return and spend a little more $ to get an Apple one, like my others.

Product works great!

I tried setting up the plug multiple times but it just doesn’t connect. You’re supposed to enter an email to activate it but the email never comes. I double checked the WiFi password and reset this thing like 10 times.

Se entregó en bolsa dentro de otra caja, por el mal manejo de la carga está roto. Lo probé y funciona pero deben tener más cuidado con los empaques. Si salió así de fabrica es un problema de calidad que una empresa tan grande no debe tener jamás. Esto es tanto con Amazon así como Broadlink.
