> 24 hourIf Ive learned anything is that you get what you pay for. I bought a cheaper toner and it didnt work on my brother printer, thankfully it didt damage the printer like some other owners. The product worked as soon as it was installed. I still believe they could bring the price down some more, specially if you have to buy the other colors as well. Even though the price high the toner is the best way to go it sure beats ink and the many times you have to change it.

> 24 hourThe authentic Brother ink is pricey, but I tried a cheaper knock off version last time and the print was not right. Enough said. Buy the real thing. You spent the money on the printer. You obviously wanted good print. Dont short yourself now by using a cheap substitute for the toner.

> 24 hourOriginal Brother cartridges are the way to go for the quality, number of copies/print jobs, and to ensure the health of your printer. Plus, you can easily recycle the expended cartridge by sending it back to Brother using the prepaid postage inside the packaging.

> 24 hourThe printer cartridges are pretty expensive compared to refilled cartridges. Brother does a tricky thing. If you refill with another brand it doesnt have a Brother chip which tells the printer when to change it. Your printer will appear as though its out of ink and stop working, even when the cartridge has life left. Look up your model on YouTube. There are videos to show you how to manually reset the page count. Also, if your pages are coming out with bad coverage, pull out the cartridge and shake it side to side and youll get more pages out of it. Overall you have to get to know the printer to get maximum value, but color laser printers are so much less expensive to operate than inkjet equivalents. Also when printing in color the monitor counts every page the same for all three colors but cyan runs out about twice as fast so learning to reset page count will save you from buying yellow or magenta.
