I purchased my printer in 2017 and only buy genuine Brother toner. Ive never had any printing issues.

If Ive learned anything is that you get what you pay for. I bought a cheaper toner and it didnt work on my brother printer, thankfully it didt damage the printer like some other owners. The product worked as soon as it was installed. I still believe they could bring the price down some more, specially if you have to buy the other colors as well. Even though the price high the toner is the best way to go it sure beats ink and the many times you have to change it.

Came in the nick of time before my old toner quit. Thank goodness!
