Wrong ink the description was incorrect and had the printer model that I have as being compatible, wrong and now I either have to pay 11.99 to ship it back or be SOL. Probably will never order again

The ink last for a while & I like that it saves us money. I always see where you can buy products that work with Brother printers instead of using genuine brother ink. Well I tried that compatible ink & let me say, NO, they do not work the same as Genuine Brother products do. Within a week the print heads were clogged & the printer wouldnt even pick-up the cartridge was still in the machine. Only buy genuine brother products, ever, Just saying.
