Bucilla Sugar Plum Fairy Christmas Stocking Felt Applique Kit, 85431 18-Inch

Beautiful!

This one of three Bucilla stockings I purchased. I am well on the way to completing this particular stocking. It will be for my first born great granddaughter. I love it and I know it will become an heirloom. When I have completed the three stockings I purchased. I know I will be tempted to buy more as there are so many to choose from. They make wonderful gifts.

Sooo cute and sooo beyond my skill level. I never finished it. But if you know or have the patients to learn they diffrent stitches, you will love this.

Im working on this one now and am quite happy with all the bucilla kits I have completed. Such a feeling of completeness when I get one done. Our youngest daughter is going to claim this one. She has danced in the nutcracker story numerous times so right up her alley

This takes FOREVER to make, but once its done, it is so adorable!! Made this for my daughters first Christmas and everyone loved it! Word of advice---start making this months before Christmas! It takes longer than youd think.

I havent started on this stocking kit, so not sure how well I will like it when I am able to get around to starting on it, but it is much like the other kits that I have bought and I have really enjoyed working on them. Be prepared for hours of work, but I have done one stocking within 2 months and that was just working on it in the evenings while watching television.l

The final product is magnificent; however, this project is not for a novice and requires MANY hours of work. It is important to follow instructions and order of work as written. I recommend fully lining the stocking (easy to do), so the inner stitches are not snagged. I did add additional bling to it and replaced the tree beads with something brighter. No question, this one is a labor of love, with the emphasis on labor. This is the fifth stocking like this that I have made and was by far the most challenging.

This was the perfect stocking for my granddaughter! But it was very detailed and the hardest of all the stockings I have made over the years. But it so pretty!
