I have been using the Buf-Puf body sponge every morning since the late 1980s. It removed all those annoying back of arm, thigh, and fanny bumps, it seems to keep any keratosis from forming, and it makes my face skin (Ive fairly tough skin and its gotten tougher by using this sponge) feel like silk. I use the white side on my face and the teal side on my body. Highly recommended.

Buf-Puf is the best body sponge ever. I use it instead of a wash cloth (even on my face).

This product is great; however, the product arrived as a one-pack instead of a two-pack that was advertised. I sent a note to Amazon and (as always) they responded promptly and worked out the solution for the issue. This is a sponge that fits onto the longer handle for use on your body and not your face. Sometimes this is not clearly written or shown but that is not Amazons fault. Its still a great product and is difficult to find.

Excellent at exfoliating entire body. I use on face too. Been using them for 40 years.

I am 64 years old and have been using these since I was a teenager. My daughters use them as well. There is nothing better to exfoliate your skin which would be the blue side or your face which would be the white side. Everyone should use these they are the best.
