Buffalo Games - Charles Wysocki - The Quiltmaker Lady - 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle, Green

Lori be Wysocki puzzles! This one wasnt as easy as I first thought, but still fun to do.

I sent this puzzle to a friend. She really likes it and I was worried because she is loyal to a different brand. The Charles Wysocki Buffalo Games are so much fun. I have over 20 of them. The colors are bright and the pieces go together nice and firmly.

I have been doing Charles wysocki puzzles for 2 decades and I love them! The quality is superior and the pieces are alway sturdy! This puzzle was fun with the quilts and all of the colors. It was easy until you got to the top with the spring trees & then it became a challenge. I’m happy to add this puzzle to the collection. If I had one complaint, Charles wysocki puzzles used to come in a bigger box allowing for easier piece finding and puzzle working. I wish they would go back to the rectangle box instead of the square! This would make for a fabulous gift

I ordered this puzzle and a few weeks later opened it up to put it together. The puzzle pictured on the box WAS NOT the puzzle in the box! I really wanted the one pictured and now I am trying to put a puzzle together without a picture to even know what I am putting together!

Love Buffalo Games Charles Wysocki puzzles. Some are more challenging than others, but who wants a super easy jigsaw? The colors are beautiful and subjects are delightful going back to a simpler life in New England.

I really like Buffalo Games (big poster always included) and especially, Charles Wysocki. A few of his puzzles have so much of one color that some are far more difficult than others. Well, not so with this one. When I opened the box, my heart smiled. Beautiful, vivid colors and shapes. When a person does a 1000 piece puzzle, you look at it for a while. If there’s so much white or blue or gray or black, it becomes a chore. Well, this one is a gem, a diamond if ever I saw one. I could hardly wait to sort it into my trays. Beautiful, quilts, delightful cherry blossoms! Oh, my heart. In a time of such pain and sorrow as 2020 has been, this little jewel will put a smile on your face and in your soul.

I previously purchased a Counterfeit puzzle which was packed in a white box, all the pieces were one shape plus edges, was blurry, the accompanying poster was blurry, and it STANK. I am allergic to floral perfumes. I decided to trash the puzzle rather than return it because I dud not want someone else to have to endure the experience.

I was having a lot of fun with this one, but then there were too many look alike and shaped alike pieces .In the end I ended up with three pieces that didnt fit in the three spaces that remained, so I had to hunt around for which pieces I put in the wrong places. Fortunately it was not too difficult but really slowed me down and frustrated me while doing it. Interesting to switch sections. I really enjoyed the quilts fence and buildings, and really did not enjoy the trees, green endless nearly alike flowers that were all over the puzzle. Not sure Ill risk one of these again. It is a pretty puzzle though.

This puzzle was lots of fun. A nice break from the more difficult puzzles.

This was the most fun puzzle Ive worked in a long time and cant wait to work it again. The last two puzzles weve purchased from Buffalo Games, the poster was on top of the puzzle pieces instead of at the bottom of the box. As long as its there, thats all I ask. (Over the years, weve purchased dozens and dozens of puzzles from Buffalo Games; in two cases, the poster was missing. Amazon doesnt have a mechanism to just send you the poster. Instead, you have to return the puzzle in its entirety and wait for a replacement -- something that Ive refused to do.)
