I have ordered puzzles from here before and they were great. I love how they snap together. but this specific one I ordered came used. The box was glued together, and when I opened it, the pieces didn’t come in a plastic bag like the others. The pieces are missing a lot of the glitter, and a LOT of the pieces are bent and warped. I’m really upset about this because I like to glue my puzzles together when they’re done and display them. This one isn’t in the best shape. I hope all of the pieces are here. I’ll update when I’m done with it.

Buffalo brand puzzles have been my favorite. This is the first one I had some difficulty with and missing 3 pieces. Disappointed.

I love this puzzle it was kind of difficult to put together but looks great when done. Worth the money

After the first puzzle I purchased from Buffalo puzzles was missing two pieces, I thought - hmm maybe I somehow lost a piece and blamed myself. I counted the number of pieces after opening the sealed box for this one and once again found two pieces shy of the 1,000 piece puzzle. I didnt have an option to return - so Im out $30 on a puzzle that wasnt complete to start with.

Great puzzle, pretty difficult. Framed and gave as a gift for my niece, love it.

My friend is the Unicorn queen!! She cussed me and loved me at the same time!!
