This spatula is perfect for applying creams to my newborns bum and prevents me from having cream covered hands while changing her diaper. Big saver of time and effort. My son likes to squirm and roll around while getting a diaper change and it gets tricky holding him steady and getting some protection or ointment on his backside. Fortunately, I have had one of these little gems since before he was born and have always been able to get him taken care of quickly and with one hand. Have it loaded up with your preferred butt-paste before you drop the diapers. Clean it off with a CLEAN baby wipe.

I was hesitant to use the bum brush at first because I didn’t see the point. But there are SO many reasons this tool is amazing. I have twins - a boy and a girl - who are constantly getting diaper rashes. Having this brush saves me from having to constantly step away and wash my hands between diaper changes.
