Great and affordable POE switch. the power is good enough for the network camera

We have few devices that on the limit range (95-97 m) and lately was having problem. Ordered few of this switches. Description was suggesting it would increase distance over 100m. But it did not help.

The Switch arrive on time for my next job. Install 2 PoE camera into the switch located 100ft from the house. Customer requested to have camera at in the garage (detach from the house). Respond very quick and easy to install. Using Unifi antennas to access internet. The only negative I have to said about the switch its the unit its bigger then other switch I have purchase, after one week installation the unit stop responding customer call me 3 time for the same issue and every call was this PoE switch not responding. The only way to make this to work was unplugging the switch and plugging it back in. I will not buy this unit again.

I need the POE from this switch to power the network peripherals in my RV. I replaced a failed Ubiquiti 8 port with this little switch and it has worked great for me so far.

Did not blow up in a power brownout to blackout that hit 3 times in one night Works great, headline says it all. Two up links is important when you have to maintain a separate network for your security devices which is highly recommended — if you value your sanity with 5+ routers and switches in a power outage. Try not to chain your internet into your poe net! My other larger POE switch died in the same outage,.. this one Thumbs up,.. Sorry about the mess in the picture its the little square black thing closest to you.

Ive had good luck with this switch for 2 years. It even ran in my garage (which gets down below 0 degrees F during Iowa winters).

Small, good value. Runs my security cams no problem.

I use this for a 4 camera RaspberryPi based AI security system. Perfect for me, 4 POE ports for the cameras, and 2 normal ports one for the Pi3B AI host and the other for my Internet access router. Add this idea to your 8-POE 9 port model to make it 10 ports as the extra port is very convenient.
