> 24 hourUPDATE: BeLife contacted me and solved the problem. They sent me a new working vacuum and it works great! I’m very satisfied with their customer service! The vacuum was delivered covered in dirt and still full of animal hair. Dirt and dust fell out of the box as I opened it. I turned it on to see if it still worked and it was so loud it literally sounded like an airplane in my living room. It didn’t pick anything up either. I wouldn’t recommend buying, I’m returning immediately.

> 24 hourEDITED* This is my first cordless vacuum. I bought this because a reviewer said the suction was so strong she couldn’t use it on carpet while on the high setting. She also said it was like a Dyson. The suction is not as strong as a corded vacuum. If you move over the carpet slowly it seems to pick up better. It is however very convenient and lightweight. It is easy to get under beds and in tight spaces because it is small. Easy to get stairs. It’s more quiet than my corded vacuum. Easy to empty. As a bonus my kid actually wants to use it because it’s cordless.

> 24 hourI got this to vacuum my apartment. We dont have nay fancy carpet but it also not that doctors office waiting room carpet either. its right in the middle when it comes to thickness. It does NOT work on the carpet at all. it could barely pick up my cat food and when i put it on the highest setting for suction, not only could it not pick up the cat food but it died trying. it just pushed everything around and spread everything out.maybe this is meant for barefloor and if it is, they should not advertise is as being able to do carpet as well because thats not the case with this thing at all. the pros are, its ridiculously lightweight, and super slim so it can fit almost anywhere easily. but as far as using it on carpet, i say absolutely not

> 24 hourThis little machine is pretty great for nightly sweeping and quick messes. Its so light my four-year-old can (and loves to) use it. Convenient to switch between stick and hand-held. I knocked one star off because hair gets wrapped high up in the canister and its hard to clean, but for the price feels like a fair trade off. Its also not for high pile carpet so we still use the big upright for those. Would happily purchase again.

> 24 hourLove this however what I hate is it doesn’t clean up everything. I use it to vacuum the floors and there is still dirt on the floors and it takes several passes to pick most things up. So sadly this is used has a quick clean up for the time needed but we have to use a corded vac or broom to get the floor clean

> 24 hourI’ve never owned a Dyson because of the obvious obnoxious retail price. I just couldn’t bring myself to spending that much on a vacuum especially after hearing some bad reviews from family that had certain models. So I saw this on an ad on Facebook and read the reviews, I always take a chance on Amazon because they are so easy going with returns if you’re not satisfied. However I doubt I’ll be returning this! I have 2 messy kids a very hairy dog and muddy paws in my house everyday, oh and 2 cats. The battery charges fast but does also lose its life quickly on the strongest suction setting which I was aware of and only need that option on my shag rug. Other then that the regular suction or second level is fine throughout the house which is wood and tile. The vacuum also has a light on the head guiding to all the extra hair and debris you didn’t think was there which is cool. I’ve used the attachments as well and they work fine. I would say the skinnier head when using it as a handheld gets a little funky if you’re using it on the strongest setting and sucking up let’s say a couch or bed it turns off after saying something is stuck. I think it’s just because it’s sucking so hard on a close surface you have to use s lighter setting or not push so hard against the surface. Also it’s an adjustment at first because while it is so light the canister top half is heavy but you get used to it. I love that it’s height adjustable, quieter then a regular vacuum and it cleans up quickly. Fits in my tiny closet and I take it around my house with ease. I also love that I feel like my house is actually getting cleaned up I can see the dirt getting sucked into the head with the light. I would buy 3 of these over a Dyson any day.

> 24 hourI have never purchased stick vacuums because everyone I’ve ever used has been junk. I have never used one that I would consider a good vacuum. Until now, that is. This little vacuum picks up everything! The light makes it easy to see all the debris on the floor so that you know you have actually cleaned. The battery doesn’t last very long on full power, but you don’t really need to run it on full power unless you are doing rugs. I made sure I bought an extra battery so I could change them out and have had no issues. Would buy again for sure!

> 24 hourI did not rate very high I guess in all fairness; because I was using a Dyson v4 ( had over 6 years ) cost about 4 times as much as this one and you really get what you pay for .doesn’t seem to be as easy to push and doesn’t seems to vacuum up near as good . Doesn’t do so well on the little thicker rugs. Just my opinion
