Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 - Playstation 3

hackers ruin the game for me...i cant play for a second relaxing...game is now full of noobs and hackers,cheaters,rude,and cheap ppl who are self centered and inconsiderate.if games were fair then it would be way more fun...jus doing privite matches now on......single player is too short and In my opinion cod 4 is soo much better...hope mw3 will be bettter

I bought this game the day that it came out, and I have had nothing but problems from it since.

There is nothing in my review that have not been said before. I just wanted to share that my son and I have played this game on sniping duels, missions, and campaigns for three months straight and it is still as entertaining and challenging as on day one. This is like the original Goldeneye on steroids.

The only reason to buy this game is for the online play which is a lot of fun. The single player mode is so short it should be embarrassing to the developers of this game. If you dont intend to play online dont buy it. It took me about 2 hours to go though the whole game which was so so at best.

Read some of the other reviews for an in-depth game review. I just wanted to raise one question to Infinity Ward...you had a successful game in COD4; what happened? MW2s single-player campaign is cool at times, but incredibly short and unsatisfying as a standalone component (makes no effort to even resolve the storyline, just leads right into a cliffhanger which promises another sequel). Lame. Now the online multiplayer is broken; yesterday I couldnt invite friends to play, now today I cant even get online with it at all. I hear the patch isnt due to fix the problem for another 2 days!? For such a HUGELY anticipated game release, it feels like they didnt even care to test this thing out ahead of time. How could this stuff not have been worked out in advance? I also agree with another reviewer who said the multiplayer (when it works) feels too much like a chaotic pinball machine with too many bonuses. Just keep it simple and sharp.

Everywhere else was selling the game for $60. Amazon had for $45 plus free shipping. Cant beat that.

Im married so Ive limited time to play games and right now this game takes all of my playtime, between 12.01 AM to 4.00 AM. Yes I get little sleep because of this game.

...Amazon.com really screwed this over for me. I paid for release day delivery. Apparently my package was checked in at 12:40 am on 11.10.09 at UPS and it has been in Las Vegas here since 6:00am however since Amazon.com was 40 minutes late getting the package checked in last night, UPS rescheduled my delivery for tomorrow. UPS tried everything to help me but technically since it was 40 minutes late their supervisors cannot do anything. Amazon.com did refund my overnight delivery fee but I still cant play the game. The worst part is I could have bought the game last night/this morning at a local store but I decided to give Amazon.com my business because Ive never had a problem with them before. I cant even cancel the order now and just go buy it at the store. Will never buy from Amazon.com again because they couldnt get this right even though I pre-ordered it over a week ago.

My favorite Call of Duty as of now, even manages to beat Halo 3. Has best plot of the entire franchise (I know Modern Warfare 1 had the better plot, but the story mode in here felt much better paced and feels more like a modern Call of Duty installment)
