Why was asked for its flavor? We it taste like a water hose. Please dont ask how I know what a hose taste like. Used to be in prison!

Perfect length for my needs, but the connection between the hose and the faucet drips even when the hose is running freely and theres no built up pressure. (Whereas usually with my old hose it only drips when the spray head is off but the water is on so there is pressure in the hose) It not a big deal because its just a slow drip, but still.

It did kink at first a couple of times. But we left it in the sun to get it more malleable and that took care of the issue.

Ive had this hose for over 4 years now and have used it many times in the travel trailer. I also have the 10 version to use when the trailer is much closer to the water outlet at campgrounds. I wish I could use the 10 footer all the time, but many times I need to get the 25 hose out, which drives me nuts. Its a real pain to put back in the storage bin if its slightly cold out as it wont coil up neatly and I have to fling it all around to get it to curve correctly so it goes in the bin. It has several kinks in it that wont go away. So, yeah, not anti-kink in my opinion and its been that way ever since I got it. (Didnt realize I hadnt reviewed it until I was searching my orders for another hose I purchased a few years ago.) Im about ready to toss it as I just ordered another 10 footer and will connect the two together when I need to. The good thing about the hose - knock wood, its never leaked or split in the years of periodic usage. But, yeah, anti-kink is a lie. Cant really address the hooking issue as I have it hooked to a Hose-Grip from J Wright Concepts, which is wonderful and a device every camper needs!

This is definitely heavier than the traditional white water hose that comes with your Rv kit! But, it loves to coil. We just put it under the rv. Someday when it is hot, we hope to stretch it out in the yard and maybe the sun will remove the coiling.

Good quality drinking water hose that leaves no taste in the water. This is my 3rd hose from Camco. I have the 50 foot hose and the 10 foot hose and now the 25 foot hose. You never know how far you will be from the water source at a campground. I like the larger diameter for the increased water flow. It is a little harder to roll up due to its thicker wall diameter but that also helps it from getting kinks in it or getting damaged when laying out on the gravel of a campsite. UPDATE 7/24/16 After using this hose multiple times it has gotten kinks in it as I roll it up. I have to fully unroll it and work on each of the kinks to get it straightened out. I have gone back to using the lighter weight white hose by Camco for daily travels. I still use the blue one at my seasonal campsite where it stays connected a month at a time. The white light weight one is better when you are traveling and connecting/disconnecting/rolling up on a daily basis.

I use this for an RV, and it lasted a couple of seasons (light usage). But one day it split in the middle and luckily a neighboring RVer saw the flooding and turned off the water. I have no idea why it split, so cant rate it as highly as I would have. But I did get another one for replacement, so Im giving it another chance.

Had this since December. Its started swelling and looks terrible. Its installed after a 40psi regulator, so its not pressure, and its never been frozen or over 85f.

The construction of this hose is fine and there is no funny tastes or problems with the function of the hose. That being said, however, the hose is fairly stiff and we use it with our motorhome to hook up to City Water (Potable) to keep our internal fresh water tank filled. Being that once filled, the hose must be stored again, that is where a star is taken away from my rating. The hose is difficult to coil back up into a compact size for storage. I dont like having to fuss with it and in the end it takes up far too much room in our limited storage capacity, where another hose, power cords and accessories have to live. I rate it at four stars as very good, but not excellent. Fussy, but useful if you have the room to store it larger than it comes coiled new. *If you found my review helpful to you, please let Amazon know by clicking the HELPFUL button below!

This is my primary fresh water hose for our RV. We are full time RV so this hose is used constantly. It has no taste, can take being under pressure for at least a full year and it is resistant to kinking. It has high quality fittings that show no sign of wear or corrosion. I didnt give it 5 stars because it is stiff and pretty hard to wind up for storage.
