Greater than one weekThese are light weight and easy to wear. I switched from the silicone loop that makes my wrist sweat and smells. These don’t make my wrist sweaty or uncomfortable. So far I am loving them. I also like that they are adjustable and loop so I don’t have to worry about a clasp breaking.
