Using branded ink is more expensive but is worth the extra cost to protect an expensive printer and produces consistent results. When making photographs, the time invested their production and the cost of the printing paper make this a bargain material and provides profession quality images.

Would have given 5 stars as I love this ink/dye but due to not being able to use the yellow because the clip that holds it into the printer was missing, I had to throw it away. Other wise it is great ink.

Im the guy that always buys OEM refills for his printer. Although the ink or toner may be equivalent and work just as well as the original, I usually opt to pay a few more dollars and get the original stuff. Since this photo printer is a relatively expensive printer, I have been careful to use OEM supplies for it and have purchased this refill kit a few times. It has all 8 ink cartridges so I replace them as the old ones empty. I have been amazed that I have never had a failure or a clog in this printer using this ink. Its good ink and produced excellent quality images. In fact, I cant tell the images printed on this machine with this ink with the ones professionally printed.

Big value for me included all eight inks
