Yes, I damaged the top square part with the lawn mower. This shipped fast and I was able to unscrew and rescrew this new one in. Fit perfectly!

Kids ran over my inspection pipe with the mower and broke the old cover. This one fit just fine.

Replaced missing cap

This clean out plug seems to be solid so I am hoping that it lasts well, even with the family mowing around it. Wish the stickers were not on the top but thats a minor eyesore until I remove them.
