Pros: This bag is huge! It would serve well as a shopping bag or a laptop bag. The warm light brown color is pretty. There are lots of pockets.

Great bag, but would love to see more/better closures. The bag itself is a great size, perfect for those who dont like backpacks and would like something more attractive than a diaper bag. It holds a big laptop and can carry a lot of books and supplies. It also lays comfortably across your body, with an adjustable band that has enough slack for plus sized folks. My main complaint is that the outside pockets dont have any closure devices like buttons, magnets, or velcro and the main zipper is okay, but could be nicer. For the price I think its fair enough, so Im rounding up a star and I will likely add some velcro or buttons to the outside pouches later on.

This bag is big! I realize the description states the dimensions (15.8 x 5.9 x 13.4) but it still seems bigger than I expected. The canvas seems very durable and sturdy and not cheap. I live in the country and have a nice walk to my mailbox so I got it to put mail and packages in it and its working great for that. I think Itll make a great bag for traveling and camping also so itll probably become a multi-use bag.

The top zipper situation could be better (-1 star) but aside from that very nice...

Big but not too big. You can carry anything you need to in it.

Nice thick fabric but lightweight. Very roomy. Love the different compartments and that it has a zipper. The strap is very easy to adjust and goes great across your body. Very well made bag. Got a lot a compliments on it. LOVE IT!

Simple bag, heavy duty feeling, pockets with flaps in front, side pockets to hold water bottles or what-have-you.

This messenger bag is nothing super special, but it is nice, made out of sturdy fabric, and with good zippers. The main compartment can be closed with the main zipper and inside there is a small pocket with an extra zipper. What I dont like so much are the various threads that are not cut well. They were hanging out and I had to go and cut them myself. Not a super big deal, but a bit annoying.

I like this bag, it will be great for summer fairs and shows. There are plenty of pockets for stashing bottles of water and other odds and ends.

I love the vintage look of this canvas messenger bag in brown, which is a warm, slightly reddish hue. I couldnt wait to get some wear on it so it would look even more broken in, like Id been using it for years. And then, poof! Mysteriously, it disappeared, or so I thought, until I discovered it in my partners office, filled with- and I weighed it- 12 pounds of books and notepads and more. At about $24, this is a great bag: classic look, medium-weight canvas, roomy, rich color, lots of pockets, smooth functioning top zipper, interior zippered compartment, adjustable length strap. Yes, the hardware is heavy plastic, but at this price point, this bag is a very good-looking and highly functional bargain. Now, how to steal it back...
