The thing that sets this product apart from others is the elastic seal around the car seat buckle. We haven’t had any accidents yet but after installing, I poured a cup of water into the pad and nothing leaked through to the car seat. Purchased one set and will be ordering another for stroller. Great way to protect against accidents and avoid the hassle of removing the car seat, its cover, and washing-while still giving my toddler the continuity of wearing underpants rather than pull ups when traveling.

I am potty training my toddler, and after going through the hassle of pulling apart his carseat twice to wash it after accidents I decided to buy this product. I am very pleased! It fits nicely into the convertible seat, and is very thin so I dont worry about it interfering with the safety of the seat. We have had two accidents since we started using this, and both were contained very well. No wetness on the seat below! I threw the seat protector in the washing machine and laid it out to dry, and it was clean and dry within hours. So easy!

There havent been any liquid accidents yet, but it fits nicely in my two year olds Diono Radian. The surface fabric is soft, I find myself giving it a pet as I wait for my independent spirit to climb into her seat. It stays in place as she gets settled the majority of the time. The crotch belt cover portion could be taller. I understand not wanting to get in the way of the buckle mechanism or bunch up too much between their legs, but this is the crucial area needing protection--1inch isnt enough IMO. Keeps the crumbs gathered from her car snacks!

The first time we tried potty training our toddler, she had accidents in the car ALL THE TIME. It became frustrating for everyone involved and we returned to diapers. This time, since we purchased these, she hasnt had a single accident in the car. Could it be because shes older and actually ready to potty train? Maybe. Could these also contain preventative magic? Maybe.

I bought this car seat protector from Bear and Care about four months ago after my son and I had been in two accidents and had to replace his car seat twice in 8 days. I chose this one from Bear and Care because it looked soft, it had good reviews, it was BLACK (hides everything!), it was safety rated, and the price was right! It came and I was impressed with the look & feel, but noticed a little hole in the stitching. It just looked like the machine had missed one part of the fabric—nothing major. I contacted Bear and Care’s customer care and they were immediately responsive, and AMAZING. They replaced my seat protector with a new one and sent it out immediately. I was really very impressed with their customer care and also the product. It is incredibly nice to have this seat protector with our new car seat. It does what I had hoped, and it protects from big spills and most of the crumbs. I think it’s important to remember that there won’t be a “perfect” car seat protector, especially when they’re made to fit so many different styles of car seats. This one from Bear and Care does exactly what I had hoped: •protects from moisture (urine/juice/etc...) •keeps the crumbs and food particles to a minimum •easy removal to dump said crumbs & particles •easy installation and removal for cleaning •does not block or impede buckles and other parts of the car seat. •Very soft & non-staining fabric so it actually looks as nice as it feels! We have yet to have a big urine accident, but we have had numerous water spills that have been protected nicely! I will update when the day comes that we do have a potty accident, because I’m sure it will come. (We still use pull ups when we are out and about). Holy life saver! I have three different kiddos, all under 4 and these things make our life so easy! They fit all the car seats perfectly, add some extra cushion and look great. One child is potty trained so we obviously use that in case of accidents, the other is a messy one and these things protect the car seat from all the mess of crumbs and whatnot! Going to start grabbing them as baby shower gifts also..... every mama needs these!

These are absolutely NOT water resistant!! Daughter pee’d right through it. So incredibly disappointed!!! Will be returning!

I was worried at first that Id probably be wasting money on yet another baby gadget because my daughter is 3.5, but I paid almost $400 for my car seat and wanted to make sure I was protecting my investment in it. The very first day!!! 3 hours after I put it on her seat it saved me heart ache and trouble. We had a one hour and fourth minute round trip drive. I gave my daughter a Gatorade when we got in the car. Why not after all, it did have a sip top lid. We got home and I go to wake her up and the bottle was upside down :( almost all of it had dropped out right next to her leg. My daughters bottom and legs were soaked. I panicked a little thinking about taking the whole giant seat apart. What would the washing machine do to the fabric etc. Then I realized all I had to do was pop my new seat over in the wash. Within an hour with very minimal labor we were back at it! I love this cover. Its stays in place and doesnt compromise my daughters safety at all. Highly recommend to anyone.

These are wonderful. We got these for my two year old whos potty training. We were constantly having to take the car seat apart to wash the cover after an accident. With these we keep both with us and change them out after an accident. They dont leak and are super easy to clean. It also catches crumbs and food. Also my son got sick and threw up this pad caught everything and saved the car seat. I would definitely by again for myself or as a gift.

This was incredibly easy to install. I love that with my Graco carseats, the protection covers the sides and the bottom part. It’s the first of its kind that actually does what it promises. It protects the car seat in a beautiful way so that I don’t have to completely disassemble the padding if an accident happens. My kids get carsick on long trips and this was purchased with that in mind. Now I have peace of mind any time we get into the car. Thank you!!!
