Fits the usual toothbrush, pills for a week thing, bunch of travel-size liquids and gels in a plastic bag. Picked up a small bottle of Aleve on my last trip, it fit in there, too. Still have some room left in there, but not like its all rattling around. Fits in my backpack or carryon. Zipper works great. Im not ever going to hang something for stuff to be convenient, I just want a bag to carry stuff, and this one is perfect for me.
