I have used the liquid for years. More difficult to swallow without juice or something. These say chewable though. I hope its okay to just take them with water bc I wont be chewing fish oil capsules!! I notice a difference in my hair and skin when I use this regularly.

I take this stuff because my doctor ordered me to. His idea was that it helps keep cholesterol down, and I have read in other places that it helps prevent prostate cancer.

Great quality, and comes in a good size for a great price. Good macros, and these are my go-to stock of fish oil for the past year.

The lemon seems to actually cover the fish after taste that happens with so many others. I think Carlson is a reputable brand too.
