Caron one pound yarn is my go to yarn. I love to work with it and it becomes very soft after you wash it.

Lovely yarn for big projects. However- The acrylic fibres tend to felt with themselves whilst wound in that massive skein, which made detangling a nightmare. When it got stuck, I had to pull its guts out like a sea cucumber to release the yarn from itself. To avoid this, I would recommend NOT leaving it in the skein, but wind it up into a ball so that it wont get stuck inside of itself. Another thing- if you intend to wear the project you use this yarn for, know how to take care of it to get the most out of it. After finishing your project, handwash it with mild detergent and a healthy dose of fabric softener. It could probably do just fine in the washing machine, but the first wash is crucial for the projects stability. Overall, good yarn for a good deal. Just be prepared for some initial tlc

Perfect yarn for making amigurimi everything.

I buy a boatload of this name brand yarn from you all the time and am usually very happy with it. This black yarn came bleached out. Looks like it was sitting in the sun for years.

The only reason Im giving this yarn four stars is that the black is really faded. It looks like the color a black shirt would turn after it has been washed many times.

Wow, this is huge! Great bargain! I used this yarn for yarn braids and I received SO many compliments and inquires about where I bought it from! I even ordered another one for future braids!

Would give this a 5 if not for all the knots I had to cut out of it and no reply from the company about the problem. I made a king size continous granny square blanket and it turned out beautiful.

Its okay for the price. Good for knitting up something as a give-away, but it is too scratchy/polyester-y for something you would want to wear or give as a nice gift.

Love shopping for my yarn at Amazon. This one pounder is the best. I love the packaging and it always arrive as stated. Clean and ready to be use no tangles.

I usually use Redheart, and tried Caron one pound, unfortunately there were Several Joined end stitches. Unsatisfactory, guess Ill stick to Red Heart ??
