Caron Simply Soft Yarn Solids (3-Pack) Ocean H97003-9759

I ran out of this yarn and luckily I found it here. I looked for it all over the places around here with no luck. This is the second project I used it for. Thank you very much.

Made a sweater in white for our 2 1/2 year old great granddaughter. Turned out beautiful. She cried to take it off for her pjs- she was allowed to sleep in it. Guess its a toddler favorite.

Pretty shine with a rich blue color. Soft. The consistency of the yarn isnt uneven

Like the luxurious softness for sweaters and afghans and the depth of the dark turquoise color.

I use Caron for prayer shawls as it is always comforting and has great colors.

The color was great, but the balls were significantly shorter than they should have been. I was working on a project that needs “7 skeins” of this yarn. I’ve made it many times before and I know that it takes just over 6 skeins. For some reason, these last 3 balls didn’t carry me through to the end of the project and I had to go track down another skein of this yarn, which is very difficult to find in this color.

This is easy to work with and easy to wash. I love it!

The color, the softness I really liked BUT the lint it produces while crocheting caused me so much discomfort. My face and nose became so itchy, I couldn’t use the yarn anymore. On one of the package that I ordered, same company, had a warning label about this very thing; the lint can cause breathing problems in young children’s nose. I ordered so much of it and in so many color, it’s all useless!! “Simply soft” , I’ve come to find , i’m allergic to it.
