Just used this suitcase as my one carry-on for a 1-week trip to Hawaii. Everything fit, including gifts on the way home. Zipper closed easily, rollers were strong, loved having regular handles on the long and short sides, making a easier to lift into the car and overheads. Easily complied with American Airlines carry on requirements

The carry on bag is black with a matte finish that is easy to wipe clean and the thickness is suitable. The wheels spin so that the bag is very easy to maneuver and is easy to pick up if need be as it is light weight. The size of the bag is perfect. There are many compartments internally and you can fit a lot in the bag if you organize. The bag comes with a combo lock feature that you can either use, or not. I prefer not to use. I will use this bag a lot for short trips. I recommend this item.

This bag is a great piece of carry-on luggage. I bought this for a trip and it was great, in my opinion. Would purchase again.

The BAGSMART hard side 20” carry on luggage has a stylish outside hard case with a wavy look that can help limit scratches as well help you spot your luggage quicker. It is light weight (6.39 lbs) with four 360-degrees spinner wheels (rolls and spins very well) and a 4 position telescopic handle (34”, 36”, 38”,42”) for people of all heights. It also has it built-in TSA approved combination locking zippers. The spinner wheels are designed better than some other luggages that I have which allows for easier maneuverability and less likely to break off while being tossed by the airport luggage people. Open it up, the inside reveals 2 major compartments, on the handle side there is cross straps to keep your clothes in place. The opposite side has a zippered compression pad that keeps everything organized the compression pad also has a zippered mesh pocket. In between the w compartment is a small zipped pocket for small items or toiletries. The only negative thing I have to say about this luggage is that I can feel the telescopic handle through the thin layer of cloth. For the price of the luggage ($92.99 at the time of this review), I would expect some padding to cover the handle mechanism on the inside of the luggage, but it doesn’t warrant a star off. I would rate this luggage 4.5/5 stars as I feel overall it is well made and the outside design is stylish.

I really like this suitcase overall, but its definitely smaller than I had expected for the price. That is partly on me because I should have realized the size in the details, but the picture seemed as though it was a bit larger. I was also surprised it didnt have an expanding feature like many other suitcases Ive used.

I went on a trip for Mother’s Day using this luggage. The wheels continuously jammed on me once the weight of my items were in it and the material on the inside has already begun to worn.

This is a great suitcase. As far as carry-on suitcases go, this is probably the lightest I have ever had. This helps when you need to add in extra items or dont want most of the weight to go to the suitcase. As well, even though it is very light, it is very durable. It is a hard shell suitcase, with durable zippers, and the handle and wheels are very stable. The wheels are great because they spin in every direction, so you arent limited by a certain position. You can lean it, or even just push it, and it maneuvers very well. I also appreciated the lock feature, but have never really had to use it. Because of the riveted design outside, I feel like it helped to avoid any scratches, and added to the durability of the suitcase. I also found the inside to be quite spacious, and plenty of room for all of my needs. The zippered compartments inside are great for smaller or thinner items, and I had no issues with the straps and zippers. Its a great suitcase, and I had no concerns with it coming apart or breaking.

Ive never owned a hard-shell suitcase before. lol Im loving this suitcase. Its actually smaller than I thought itd be, but its the perfect size so I dont have to check my bag.
