> 3 dayThis suitcase checks all the boxes for me. The wheels are smooth and is easy to handle. It’s surprisingly light but has a strong shell. Its so easy to roll and it has clean look to it. The locking mechanism is also a plus.

> 3 dayI absolutely love the look and feel of these. So chic. Well made. I could see the corners getting dinging up, but that’s the reality of wanting a square + light weight piece. It’s exactly what I was looking for!

Greater than one weekI just bought this 24” luggage based on the sleek looks and good reviews. My 12 year old daughter picked it out and I do admit it does look pretty nice. However, it felt a bit flimsy when I got it and the quality proved to be very poor. I used it on 1 flight and it got the huge dent in the corner as you can see in the picture. I’m a reasonable person and I expect luggage to get banged up on flights. I’m also a frequent traveler so I do have experience with various sorts of luggages. This is the first time I’ve ever seen damage like this. And this is the most expensive luggage I’ve ever bought! Meaning you can get much higher quality luggage for prices way cheaper than this one. I contacted customer service and their response was that this isn’t covered under their warranty. So that’s $180 down the drain for me. Now I need to buy a replacement and no way I’m buying anything from this brand again. I’ve got 3 kids that are getting old enough to warrant their own luggage so I also think it’s foolish of them to lose this potential revenue just to save on a warranty claim. Buyers beware - these luggages won’t last!

> 3 dayThis is probably the best suitcase that I have owned. I travel about 150,000 miles a year, so I have used a lot of different suitcases. So far, I have taken on three extended, trans contentientcl trips. It has held up extremely well. It is light weight. It is the exactly the biggest size that can be used on European carriers. It has not scratched. AND - the best thing about this suitcase - it rolls easier and better than any suitcase I have ever tried. I am not sure what they are using for wheels and bearings - but it rolls almost too easily. (Give it a push in the airport and try to keep up with it - kind of a fun game). I will definitely buy again should I need additional suitcases.

05-04-2025EXTERIOR: These luggages are definitely a must if you are flying first-class/business. I now understand why women feel the way they do about their expensive handbags, because after buying these luggages, Ive been trying to find any excuses to show off my luxurious luggages! From the airport to check-in to having my luggages delivered to my hotel room, I have been flaunting these babies EVERYWHERE! And in every single business trip, Im always getting complimented on them or have someone ask about them.

> 3 dayI needed a carry-on that was sturdy, could fit enough luggage for two, and could easily maneuver itself.. and I finally found it! The wheels roll smooth like butter, the TSA approved lock is a great extra feature and the luggage is super stylish too.
