The material is great and made extremely well with no flaws. The design is beautiful in person and very vibrant. The elastic bands are sturdy and adjustable. You are able to adjust the bands to your liking and body shape, which is a major plus! Its too early to tell, Ive only just started, but Id say its comfortable and Ive fallen asleep without a problem! The longer you wear it, the better, so why not wear it to sleep. So are you doing this for your liver, or for fertility reasons, I definitely recommend this castor oil pack, very comfortable!
