> 24 hourMost of the Ethernet cables I use are out of sight, living behind desks or in the basement IT closet. Once they are plugged in, they rarely get touched again. But I was looking for a cable that could travel easily for my laptop to get improved connections for video calls when in hotels. While I havent yet had a chance to travel with this cable, the construction is exactly what I was looking for. The braided and flat design holds its shape and coils back up super easily. The connector boot is also well-integrated, protecting the plastic clip from getting broken off during travel.

> 24 hourThe cable seems like its well made. I like the easy to press down tab for easy removal should I need to change ports.

Reviews and Information
> 24 hourNo problem with this Cat8 cable on 2.5GbE. Granted, at 10ft length Cat5e also works fine, but thats the length I tried. 2.37Gbps in both directions, which is the limit of my testing ability on that network, and is the result I was expecting. The flat braid gives it an interesting appearance, so this could be nice if you have a device where the cable is visible, like a wall-mounted access point if you cant put a cable in the wall.

> 24 hourThis is a really nice, high-end quality cable at a very good bargain. You really need the latest cables to get the full effects of this current Internet technology and devices. Nothing wrong or negative to say about this cord. Recommend.

> 24 hourIt is as they described. Works well but the premium features in my opinion are its durability and long length. There should be no fear of cuts on the wire anymore as these are braided.

> 24 hourThis YSONG Cat 8 Ethernet Cable is well made, with a durable woven jacket. It is fitted with quality connectors, which include the all-important retaining clip protector. Connectors are the most common failure point with Ethernet cables. I like the flat profile design. This cable is rated as CAT8. But most people, including me, will never use it at this speed. At typical home or office gigabit ethernet speeds, and at lengths most people will run their cables, anything CAT6, or above should perform well. The CAT7 and 8 cables only really matter when you are using what today would be considered specialized adapters. So, the most important parameters are quality and durability. This cable makes the mark on both. The price is very reasonable for a quality ten-foot cable. It is easily worthy of five stars.

> 24 hourFirst, a very well made Cat 8 cable. Nicely woven jacket, premium connectors (See pic). I always wondered if I was limiting my speeds with my older ethernet cables, so I decided to give this cable a try. This Cat 8 cable was excellent. It maxed out my available internet speeds. See pic 3. I then tried a Cat 7 cable. Again, it maxed out my available internet speeds. See pic 4. I then tried a Cat 5e cable not a cat 5 (speeds up to 1000mbps with 5e) and again it maxed out my available internet speeds. See pic 5. So clearly, these cables were all up to the task for my limited needs, for now. But frankly, Cat 8 is made for much higher speeds and frequency than a home user will typically see at this time. BUT, the future may hold even greater speeds for the home user, so I would say to buy this if you want to future proof your cabling. After all, its around the same price as similarly made older standard cat cables, so why not buy this instead of the older tech !

> 24 hourThis is a nicely well made ethernet cable. In terms of quality its great. The connector is well made and looks like it last being plugged and unplugged over the year. Its sturdy due to its shielded flat design. That may be a con for some if the needed this cable to bend around stuff for nice cable management. Networks speed tests show Im still getting 987MBits from my 1G connection. So A+.

> 24 hourI brought these because of the price at first. I now see how fast my internet speed is it doesnt freeze like it did before.
