Cat Dancer 3PK

These were recommended by the shelter where I volunteer. They had to do an announcement to not throw them away, because everyone kept thinking they were just garbage. Its true, it doesnt look like much, but when I get it out to play all the cats go nuts. Now Im stocking up to give to all my cat owning friends!

My cat is super picky about toys...she has about 4 she likes.. IDK anyway this one is top of the list for her. (Senior cat) she will play with it for 10+ minutes at a time and then promptly go to sleep. it bounces on the wire like a mosquito. I DONT leave it out all day just because it is a wire and I dont want her to accidentally get wrapped on it..(hasnt happened but still) it has lasted a few months but I keep an extra on hand incase she doesn wear it out. I have also gifted it to other cat parents.

My cat went INSANE the first time he saw this toy. He cannot get enough of playing with it. It’s such a remarkably simple design but the wire causes the cardboard to flutter and mimic a moth or something and it gets my cat’s attention every time I break it out. It’s cheap enough that If your cat hates it, it’s no big deal. But if they love it like mine, you’ll be so happy you bought.

My cat absolutely goes crazy for this toy! Who would think that such a simple toy would be such a big hit? We have one clipped to the cat tower, and our cat entertains himself with it.

I don’t know why but this thing makes her completely lose her mind. She’ll pounce on it until I’m wiped. It’s seemingly impossible to destroy. It’s simple but a classic

Careful what you wish for, I guess? Pros: - cat is looking happier, healthier, more athletic than ever - we adopted him very over weight, and the play seems to be helping with regulating his appetite and rhythms. - this thing is laughably affordable in proportion to its efficacy. It’s not the kind of thing I expect to be built to last- it’s basically some little tubes of cardboard on a wire lol. Cons: - yeah, basically he’s so into this thing that he won’t stop yelling at me to keep playing. Good thing i actually find this more fun to use than the other wand toys

My daughter got one of these for her cats and said they really liked it, so I thought Id try it out with my cat. She loves it! The bobbing and wobbling little cardboard bits look like a moth fluttering in through the air, and my cat cant resist it. My husband taped one to a stick, so its easier for us to hold and manipulate. Kitty will even play with it by herself, capturing and killing the cardboard moth and carrying it around. You get three of them for the price, and shes still playing with the first one, so its a great deal.

I own a pet sitting business for 20 years specializing in cat care and I remember when this was the only cat dancer around. Weve all seen the enormous number and kinds of cat dancers now out there but truth be told all the cats I care for - this is still their favorite one. I love the simplicity of it and watching the cats have fun, getting exercise, and getting to be a cat hunting and stalking it. I will always be my favorite too.

Your cat will either not give a crap about this or will become addicted. There is no in between. I catsit and some of my clients sniff it, look at me questioningly and walk away. The others; they go full on dancing with the stars and can’t get enough. My latest convert is a 14 year old kitty who plays with this like she is a kitten. I have to put it away at mealtimes so she will focus on her food.

It is absolutely insane how much my cats love this toy. We have 6 cats amongst my family and each one of them goes bonkers for this toy. It’s literally little cardboard cylinders attached to a length of stiff wire, but it’s the best cat toy ever. My cat has no teeth, so his last a long time, but the other cats that do have teeth can go through them in a couple weeks. It’s worth it for me though since the cost isn’t super high.
