Im really happy with it, it works perfectly and is a much better setup for charging my fitbit than the charger that came with it.

I purchased this CAVN charging dock stand for my Fitbit Versa 4. It arrived incomplete in its assembly. The back cover was not attached because the screw heads were too small and screw length was too short. This was a simple mistake that could have been corrected if quality control was regulated. This problem is getting worst AND Amazon should monitor manufacturers by doing their due diligence to safe guard their own customers. I returned this item and gathered the screws and washers in tape just to secure them before return. This is a great idea since Fitbit didnt allow for a more convenient and functional way to charge their Fitbit watches, which is a big oversight. To only supply a 5 inch charging cord is ridiculous.

I bought this to put in the bathroom for my wife and I to charge our Fitbit while in the shower. It has worked great.

The back panel that covers the wiring was not attached to the stand, as shown in the first picture. Its really weird because the screws that would attach the panel are all screwed in in the right place--the back panel just isnt attached. I would attach it myself, however the hole in the back panel where the wire should come out is too small for the wire itself (shown in the second picture). Im not impressed, very confused, and very aggravated. Do not buy-- its worth it to spend a little more money to get a product thats fully assembled. Edit: I asked for a replacement dock, hoping the problems with the first was just a mistake. Nope. The second one I received had the same problem, as shown in the third picture. DO NOT BUY. YOU WILL RECEIVE A BROKEN, NOT ASSEMBLED PRODUCT. I would rate it zero stars if I could.

The quality is incredible, this thing is VERY STURDY. The magnetic fit is strong and holds my watch up off the desk to prevent damage that is possible from factory charger that causes watch to hang from loose end of short charger wire. This is a MUST HAVE addition. Heavy duty coated finish adds to the style along with rubber pads on the bottom that prevent sliding, perfect display angle and the 4 cord that comes with this watch charger stand creates a well-rounded product. One of my best finds of the year on Amazon.

This charger is easy to use! I have it on my night stand and it keeps my watch from sitting on the night stand so it doesnt slide off onto the floor.

It charges my device. Is pretty sturdy and is much better than what comes with the fitbit versa 3 for charging. So far Im satisfied.

My Fitbit provided charger stopped working. I looked at many charging options and decided I liked the idea of a charging stand for my Fitbit sense. I got the charger 2 days ago and put my very dead Fitbit on it (0% for 5 days) and checked it about 30 minutes later. It was already at about 85% and fully charged <15 minutes later. Thats better than the old charger ever worked. If that changes my review might change, but for now 5 stars.
