Centric 2 Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinners, True Navy, Checked-Large 28-Inch

When I received the suitcase the box was damaged and the second picture was the damage to the suitcase. I thought I would use it for my quick trip to see how it holds up, see the first picture, another dent. I no longer have the box to return it, so I am stuck with a Samsonite Centric suitcase that is junk for my $170. Do not buy this item!

The wheel of the carry-on broke on the first use. This made my trip home very difficult. Super disappointed in the quality.

Although this is a nice lightweight suitcase, the zipper/material region ripped inside the luggage after one use. Please note: the luggage was not over packed.

This a voluminous piece of luggage. Given its size, both sides should have zippered covers so clothing does not spill out when opening. Additionally, it needs some type of grip for both hands when handling in and out of spaces.

Quality product

First time using it and the handle completely jammed and will not release up or down. So now I have to carry this around...and of course it happens at the beginning of a long trip. Do not recommend buying.

I travel a lot and only use samsonite suitcases. This one is very lightweight and sleek looking. I like hard case suitcases because it protects your items better. For me, the high quality makes the price worth it. I would rather spend a little more now and have a suitcase that will last me decades, rather than buy a lower quality one and replace it in a few years. Tip: Many people buy Samsonite suitcases so it can be a pain when you look for it on the roller at the airport, so tie a colorful scarf on the handle to distinguish yours from the others.

I got this as a present for my boyfriend for our trip coming up soon. I purchased it back in May and we just took it out of the box and noticed that it is scuffed or something but it won’t come out with any cleaner, so that stinks but otherwise it’s an ok suitcase. Decent size, moves really easily, it’s a little heavier than I hoped for. Overall he likes it.

I really loved it, but returned it for something I didnt like quite as well because it had no lock. I wanted a case with a lock.

Overall it looks nice and solid. However, the telescopic handler has a very wide movement in both directions, even more than my old much modest luggage. I also noticed that one side of the handler is not properly fixed on the bottom of the luggage.
