Chatelet Hardside 2.0 Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Angora, Checked-26 Inch Trunk

The luggage is pretty but the lock started giving problems. First I thought it was one time issue but twice after it happened again. The lock did opened after trying the 000 to 999; however, on my last trip I tried several times the 000 to 999 and unfortunately the luggage did not open. The last resource was to ask the hotel for help so I could access my cloth and personal items. As a last effort the hotel opened the luggage with some pliers to open the luggage. Now Im told its too late to do an exchange or refund the luggage.

Fit on all airlines, delta, ryan air, malta air, aerlingus with no problems. Very happy with this purchase.

This bag was so heavy before I even put any of my things in it. My husband made fun of me the whole trip. I could roll it around but when lifting to set on bed to open it, it was way too heavy.

I havent found anything to not like about this luggage. I needed a carry-on and wanted it to match my large suitcase. The airlines are rough on luggage if it has to be checked (even a Delsey can sustain airline damage), so Im going to travel light and leave my large Delsey suitcase behind this trip.

I think these suitcases are so stylish. I love the inside with pockets and panels to make packing easier and have my things arrive just as I packed them (unless theyve been inspected:).

On of the two bags I got damaged the first time I travel. I bought it on June 27 and the return was closed on July 27. I want to exchange my item.

One of the wheel is not fully function. I am traveling out of the country on 6/4 and received my suitcase on 6/1. This is my first Delsey suitcase and I was so looking forward to it until I received it. EXTREMELY disappointed! How did quality inspection fail to see this, the wheel is not rotating, I was having a hard time moving it. RETURN IMMEDIATELY! SUCH A WASTE OF TIME! i am now hesitate to get another one….

Cracked after the first flight. Love the look of the bag but the quality is not worth the cost.
