> 24 hourThese are fine and sturdy needles that many will love. For me, however, theyre not slippery enough. They have a satin-type finish that just doesnt slide as smoothly as I like as a knitter. I prefer Knit Picks.

> 24 hourI have replaced my Knitpicks wooden DPN with these, because the others broke too easily in small sizes. I find these smooth and quality, but recently bought a 9” circular needle, and after some adjustment, prefer this for socks for the reduction in dropped stitches, faster knitting. I am sure I will need both at times. The metal needles are smoother, and therefore may drop stitches more easily. The other issue I found is that the dark wooden needles made it harder to see dark yarns, so the silver worked better to see the stitches in those situations.

> 24 hourThey are very smooth. Nothing catches the yarn and they each have the size on it.

> 24 hourI love these needles, they are inexpensive and do what they are supposed to do. Ive added so many sets to my other Amazon orders because they are such a joy to work with and you can never have enough sock needles.

> 24 hourThese needles are fantastic. They were my first try at using metal sock needles and I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy and easy to knit with they were. I have now started replacing all of my bamboo sock needles with ChiaoGoos.

> 24 hourI have enjoyed using my new needles. Size 1 is always hard to find. These needles are stainless steel and Im used to aluminum, but I really the feel. They dont seem to split the yarn as the aluminum ones did.
