CHIAOGOO Red Ribbon Double Point Stainless Steel Knitting Needle Set, 6-Inch

I purchased these a bit worried about working with metal needles, but the great reviews convinced me to give them a go. I am very pleased! My stitches stay on the needles with no slippage. The have wonderful sharp points and are strong enough not to bend under my sometimes to tight knitting. I mainly use US #1, but all work well. I am sold on using dpns thanks in part to these needles.

I received my chiaogoo dpn set today and i am excited to start using them. When I opened the set I used the needle gauge that comes with the set to measure each size and found that I have 6 of the 2.25mm (US 1) size and only 4 of the 2.0mm (US 0) size. One of the needles marked 2.0mm (US 0) is actually a 2.5mm (US 1). Glad I figured that out before I started a project. I already have the 5 inch twist circular needle set and i really love using them. yarn seems to glide over them but they are not too slick. I ordered the dpns for sock knitting.

I finally invested in a good set of Dpns for sock and hat knitting. The needles are lovely to knit with, they are slick without being too slick so the yarn glides nicely. The points are just right for use with fingering weight yarn without causing splitting. The case is cute and well made and the needles came with some pretty stitch markers. My next investment will be Chiagoo interchangeable needles.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. Every knitter should have these. Period.

Die Nadeln sind nicht die Günstigsten, für mich aber unangefochten die Besten! Wer viel Socken strickt wird mit den Nadelspielen viel Freude haben. Gibts auch in Bambus, wer lieber auf Holz steht!

The needles themselves are great and I highly recommend them but the case could be better. I would appreciate more slots so you could store more needles. I also think it should go down to 000. You also need to make sure the case is fully zipped or risk all of the needles spilling out and having to sort them!

The zipper in the case arrived broken. The needles are great. I can store extra dpns in there as well. The zipper does not close so the needles spill out occasionally.

I love these DPNs - so easy to use! They improved my knitting experience.
