The bag with wheels is very hard to maneuver and the handles get stuck going up and down.

The price of this set is low compared to other similar sets for a reason, it is not very durable. After only one trip, the largest case has a large dent on the back that looks like it will crack through after another use or two. Scratches and scuffs are to be expected, but I was not expecting a hard shell suitcase set to already have dents and possible cracks after only one use. Also, the interior material is very thin and seems like it will tear easily. In fact, the middle sized case already had the interior pocket piece come detached because it looks like it was held on only by hot glue. Overall, it did its job on our trip, but I dont expect that this set will last more than a couple of trips before becoming useless.

The luggage came on time and worked perfectly as far a size for being a carry-on. Unfortunately, the wheels are cheap and do not glide smoothly as the product states. It had to be used like a regular 2-wheel rolling suitcase instead of a 4 wheel because of the wheel quality. Other than that, for the one trip it was used, it held up fine.

Not very sturdy on the handle

sadly the 1st time i used this it busted at the seam near the zipper. i ordered in less than a month before my trip, but sadly by the time i had my trip i wasnt able to get this item refunded or exchanged for another one. the cpompany is great quality so thats why i bought this as its great light weight and got the great bags to match making packing great. now im out a suitcase and cant get it replaced. company told me to go where i bought it and well now im here, i truly do think it was a minor defect and just a fluke but i wish i had a replacement

Aa soon as it hit something it put dents its not very sturdy. I would buy one from Walmart are Target before I buy this again.

I really love this luggage set, very nice color and durable. I would recommend.

Very pleased with this luggage. I’m no expert but I was able to cram a solid weeks worth of clothing including outfit changes for dinners, plus toiletries and shoes (wedges) in it without having to sit on it to zip it up! It rotated and rolled smoothly, was very light and looked exactly as pictured. I do feel it necessary to include that while the outer shell was stiff and provided adequate protection, it would warp/cave under pressure. I assume that more expensive brands would hopefully be more sturdy so, if it matters alllllll that much to ya, spend your extra money on one of those mr. moneybags brands. Otherwise, I doubt anyone could really be disappointed with what you get for the price.
