> 24 hourChild Safety Sliding Cabinet Locks (4 Pack) No screws or adhesive to install- just clip it around two knobs. Definitely keeps the cat from getting into the cupboards where there is glassware and cleaning chemicals. but of course doesnt stop the cat from pulling/scratching on the doors.

> 24 hourWeve had some locks that look basically like this for a while and theyve been great. After about 4 years one of them broke so I went to replace it. I couldnt find a brand name on it but this one looked close enough. When I got it, it was clear that they were supposed to be very much like the one I had — the shape was exactly the same, except that this one has a brand name on it. The problem is that the feel of the lock is a lot worse. Its a lot stiffer than the one I was replacing which makes it a lot harder for this adult to actually use! I wish I could figure out what brand this is a copycat of so I could just get more of them...

> 24 hourI have cats that like to get into my cabinets so Ive been securing them with rubber bands and bungee cords. Now I have cabinet locks that are much easier to use plus they look better.

> 24 hourThese things are quite secure and useful, but the unlocking/removing mechanism seems to be confounding everyone else I know. They arent hard to remove once installed, really, but you need to do it right. Do not squeeze or deform the U-shaped piece at all when removing it. You hold it gently, gently squeeze the little release levers on the locking part together, and gently pull either the U-shaped piece or the locking piece away from the other piece. If you try to use brute force to remove it, it will just grip on tighter, which is great for preventing removal by toddlers but seems to confuse adults who are in a hurry or refuse to learn how to open it properly. They are a little bit of a pain to remove and reengage every time you need into a cabinet, but its better than your kid getting into something they shouldnt. Also, these locks will only work on certain arrangements of cabinet hardware. Large knobs near each other, or C-shaped handles that are near each other.

> 24 hourI actually purchased this product because of my cat. She has a habit of getting into everything. Shes only a year old so still very much a kitten in her behavior. But, she is full sized and capable of so much more now. She would get her paw into the corner of the cabinet and then squeeze her way in. Now she cannot get into them so I am extremely happy. She on the other hand is not.

> 24 hourWorks great to keep really young kids out. I bought for the art supply cupboard, my 7 and 10 year old can get in (I showed them how) without issues but the 4 and 2 year olds can’t. If you accidentally put the lock piece on backwards it is VERY hard to get back off again. Took me a good 10 mins to get it open after the locking piece was pushed on backwards. Works great other then that

> 24 hourI have bought the same product before, only it was made by another company. These do the job, but are kind of stiff and hard to open. I suppose some might consider this a good thing if their child has figured out how it works. I wouldnt buy these again because they are annoying to get back open once placed. At least I can feel confident that my son wont get into the cabinets.

> 24 hourThese work exceptionally well. At first they were hard to slide off , but as time went on and we slid it on and off more, it’s like it loosened up a bit and is not so hard to unlock and remove anymore. These things are great from keeping my son from opening doors he shouldn’t be.

> 24 hourSo I had to buy these because we have a 13lbs Tabby Cat that likes to get into trouble. We use these to lock the cabinet that we store treats in because he would open the cabinet and serve treats to all of the other cats. This has since stopped the behavior, and now the extras will be use for when our little one becomes mobile.
