I should have purchased this years ago. My tig welding skill has improved bigly since I have purchased this.

If you have a regular torch hose and are on the fence about this, I have to say that it is completely worth it. I dont really have much money to use for hobby things, but after seeing all the big names on youtube swear by this I took the plunge. INSTANTLY, you can feel the difference as it is lighter and more flexible than the regular hose. This should work for most size torch but will for sure fit the 9 and 17 size. Unbelievable the difference it made for my harbor freight Vulcan torch, fit perfectly and made a world of difference. I’m a beginner and didn’t even know CK existed when I got the torch kit, I’m stuck with consumables for the standard 17 or I’d have gotten the full CK kit, I’m happy they offer the hoses separately to fix my mistake for reasonable price even for a beginner hobbyist on a budget. The Vulcan torch isn’t junk, it’s just not nearly as comfortable to use as this, my beads improved 10 fold instantly. It’s definitely worth the expense to get control, after about 50 practice beads I’m dipping my tungsten about 10 times less as well, so the extra control will pay for the hose just in tungsten savings while you learn I have no doubt. I’ll definitely be upgrading the entire setup to CK when I get a little more experience. If you’ve got a stock Vulcan TIG torch get this thing, it’s a huge upgrade to the whole rig that you won’t regret.
