Greater than one weekThey work on my skates—with the addition of premium ceramic bearings they make my skates glide smoother than a knife on butter! NOT for rink skating (you want HARD wheels for that).

> 3 dayLove the feel and look of the wheels, only issue I had was the whole where you put the bearings was a little inconstant which made it pretty difficult getting my bearings in. However with some elbow grease and help with a friend I manged to get my 608 zz bearings in. I noticed once you got them in they became much easier to put and take out. I bought these to go with the Electric yellow Impala skates. Im still very much a beginner so I cant tell you much about speed and grip, but they feel comfortable and roll pretty smooth.

> 3 dayI know 78 is soft, so if youre looking for super sticky wheels these are a good choice, I prefer something around 85 for outside.

> 3 dayThese wheels are perfect for outdoor skating on all surfaces. I am so impressed with the stability and ease of these wheels. Great bearings too. Definitely recommend for outdoor summer skating!

Greater than one weekThese are my only 78a wheels; I cannot tell how they are relative to other more famous brands. I only know that they work fine outdoors going over cracks/gaps on a cement trail. They came with bearings (much better than Moxi Rainbow Riders original bearings but not as good as Bones Reds). For the price of the whole set, I think they are great.

> 3 daythese became my third set of wheels this year, after route 65s and boardwalks, which i had no complaints on other than the price. after having used these for awhile (and initially rating them 5 stars) i am updating this review to reflect the poor durability of these wheels. the problem is with the plastic liner in the hub, which breaks down over time, cracks apart, and then the hub stretches out. this causes the wheels to feel loose on the axle even though your bearings are snug on the axle. at this point, when you take the wheels off the bearings fall right out. these wheels still have a lot of wear left but once this happens to a couple of the wheels the whole set is shot. initially, the fit of the bearings was not as serviceable as other wheels - not as tight as a fiberglass wheel but it is really tight. i was able to install them with a bearing tool but needed a mechanical puller to get them out. also, the distance between the inside and outside bearings is quite a bit more than others ive seen. the nut takes a little more than a single turn before it meets the bearing. if your axle nuts are worn you can actually loosen them by hand, which doesnt inspire confidence although ive never had an axle nut actually come off.

19-04-2025Ive used these maybe twice for outdoor skating. They absorb bumps and cracking that come with skating outside. I havent had any problems with them so far. Good quality for the price.

> 3 dayThey are very good for the price. I actually like them way more than the moxi gummy i had on my skates when u bought them. I have been using them for 2 months and they still have a good grip. Will buy more

> 3 dayOur family skates indoors but one of my sons wanted to skate in the park and at the campground. We looked at allot of wheels on here and read allot of reviews. Mostly not so good. Obviously we pulled the trigger on these. As the title states, these are excellent. My son loves them and theyre holding up well. No signs of wear. Im planning on getting a set for myself for the same reasons, park and camping.
