Wow, totally worth the extra cost. This fits in my hand more comfortably than my comfort grip size D Boye. It glides more softly with no hang on cotton number 2. My crocheting is faster! I will now get the pack of all sizes...been crocheting for 53 years and crocheted so many gifts and projectsI cant count them, why have I settled for plain aluminum or bargain comfort grips? (I do love my bates hook style for acrylic though)This is a great bargain, and easy on my arthritic hands!

this is the best crochet hook ive ever used! my hands do not get sore or cramp like when i use aluminum ones.

I crochet for at least an hour a day and my old Boye hooks were killing me. I found these at my local JoAnns, but they didnt carry the H or D size hooks. I found them here for a GREAT price (half of what JoAnns charges). I can crochet forever now without my hands cramping. The grip is really nice and works with all kinds of methods of holding a hook. Love them!
