Clover 1057/NP Amour Crochet Hook, Size N/P/10.0mm

These hooks tend to be a bit more pricey, but they are totally worth it. I have most of the sizes; all are incredibly comfortable to crochet with. Very light.

I was initially a little hesitate about buying this product because the hook is plastic. Ive had bad experiences with plastic hooks in the past. But, just like the Amour aluminum hooks, yarn glides right over these like butter. Ive since bought several other sizes. I highly recommend!

I was concerned that after 55 year of crocheting, the new hook material would be a problem. NOT so! My hands feel much better holding this hook than my old ones and I LOVE how the yarn slides on the hook. So easy. Highly recommend.

The grip is soft so it makes the hook easy to crochet with. It doesnt cause calloses or harm your finges.

I like the Clover hooks in the larger sizes. They make using bulky yarn very easy as they do not split the yarn but have a deep enough hook to pull the yarn through. Nice smooth action.

I never had a ergo hook before. These are terrific. I dont think I will ever use the metal hooks again.

I have the complete set of Amour smaller sizes from 6.0 mm to 2.25 mm and my crochet life has improved immeasurably since that purchase. I work with both acrylic and natural fibers, though I havent been crocheting for a very long time. I also have a growing collection of Soft Touch crochet hooks that I use for the smaller projects and lace pieces. I universally love these smaller hooks because the finish on the aluminum is just absolutely fantastic for my taste and style. They slice through stitches like butter, without splitting strands or anything.
